杜洛克猪与陆川猪正反杂交对F1代后备猪生长发育的影响

摘　　要：为了研究杜洛克猪与陆川猪正反杂交对F1代后备猪生长发育的影响,试验利用杜洛克猪与陆川猪进行了正反杂交试验,测定了F1代杜陆猪和陆杜猪的体重、体长、体高、胸围、腹围等指标,计算了日增重和料重比。结果表明:杜陆猪和陆杜猪的体长在4~8月龄增长最快;体高在4~8月龄增高最快,8~12月龄增高缓慢;胸围和腹围在4~6月龄、10~12月龄增长最快;4~6月龄陆杜猪体高显著高于杜陆猪(P<0.05),其余月龄两者的体高及1~12月龄两者的体长、胸围和腹围均差异不显著(P>0.05);3~8月龄F1代杜陆猪平均日增重为500.72 g,陆杜猪平均日增重为379.18 g,两者比较日增重和料重比均差异显著(P<0.05),而9~12月龄两者的日增重和料重比均差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明杜洛克猪与陆川猪进行正反杂交后,杂交F1代在整个生长发育阶段的生长发育指标均保持稳定。The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of reciprocal cross with Duroc and Luchuan pigs on the growing development performance of F1 generation replacement pigs. The Duroc pigs and Luchuan pigs were used for the forward and reverse hybridization test. The body weight, body length, body height, chest size and abdominal circumference were detected in DuLu pigs and LuDu pigs. And the daily weight gain and ratio of feed to weight were also calculated in both kind pigs. The results showed that the body length and body height of DuLu pig and LuDu pig grew fastest at 4-8 months, and the body height increased slowly at 8-12 months. The chest size and abdominal circumference increased rapidly at 4-6 months and 10-12 months. The body height of LuDu pig at 4-6 months was significantly higher than that of Ludu pig(P<0.05), but there were no significant differences in body height between Ludu pig and Dulu pig at other months(P>0.05). And there were also no significant differences in body length, chest circumference and abdominal circumference between Ludu pig and Dulu pig at 1-12 months(P>0.05). The average daily weight gain of F1 DuLu pigs at 3-8 months was 500.72 g, and the average daily gain of Ludu pigs at 3-8 months was 379.18 g. And the daily weight gain and ratio of feed to weight were significant difference between DuLu pig and LuDu pig at 3-8 months(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference that of at 9-12 months(P>0.05). These results indicated that the growing development indexes of F1 generation pig from reciprocal cross with Duroc pigs and Luchuan pigs remained stable during the course of growth stage.
