摘  要:为了研究3种饲料添加剂对阿留申病水貂血清生化指标的影响,试验在对8~9月龄母貂用对流免疫电泳(CIEP)法进行阿留申病毒(ADV)抗体检测的基础上,选取ADV(+)水貂238只和ADV(-)水貂62只,各分为A、B、C、D四组(共计8组),A、B、C组每天分别在日粮中添加抗申宝、芪参散和酵母多糖,D组只饲喂日粮;分别在饲喂添加剂前和饲喂32 d后每组随机选取3只水貂断趾采血,测定血清16项生化指标。结果表明:ADV(+)水貂血清生化指标中免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、钙(Ca)、磷(P)浓度均显著低于ADV(-)水貂(P≤0.05),而丙氨酸氨基转移酶(GPT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(GOT)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性及γ-球蛋白(γ-GLOB)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(CRE)浓度均显著高于ADV(-)水貂(P≤0.05),其余指标均差异不显著(P>0.05)。ADV(+)水貂中,与饲喂前比较,饲喂后A、B、C组IgG、Ca和P浓度均显著升高(P≤0.05),GPT、LDH活性及γ-GLOB、BUN和CRE浓度均显著降低(P≤0.05);A组IgM、TP和ALB浓度均显著升高(P≤0.05),GOT活性显著降低(P≤0.05);D组各项指标均无显著差异(P>0.05)。与饲喂前比较,饲喂抗申宝后,ADV(-)水貂IgG、IgM浓度均显著提高(P≤0.05)。说明抗申宝不仅对ADV(+)水貂血清生化指标影响显著,而且同样对ADV(-)水貂也具有影响。To study the effects of three feed additives on serum biochemical indexes of minks with Aleutian disease, 238 ADV(+) minks and 62 ADV(-) minks were selected based on the detection of Aleutian virus(ADV) antibody by convective immunoelectrophoresis(CIEP) in female minks aged 8 to 9 months. The selected minks were divided into four groups(A, B, C and D, eight groups in total). The minks in group A, B and C were fed with the diet supplemented with Kangshenbao, Qishensan, and yeast polysaccharide. The minks in group D were fed with diet only. Before feeding the additives and after feeding the additives for 32 days, blood samples were collected from 3 minks in each group after a broken toe. Serum 16 biochemical indexes were determined. The results showed that IgG, IgM, TP, ALB, Ca and P in the serum biochemical indexes of ADV(+) minks were significantly lower than that of ADV(-) minks(P≤0.05), while GPT, GOT,LDH, γ-GLOB, BUN and CRE were significantly higher than that of ADV(-) minks(P≤0.05). There was no significant difference in other indicators(P>0.05). Among the serum biochemical indexes of ADV(+) minks, IgG, Ca and P in groups A, B and C were all significantly increased(P≤0.05) after feeding compared with before feeding, while the actire of GPT, LDH and the concentration of γ-GLOB, BUN and CRE were all significantly decreased(P≤0.05). IgM, TP and ALB were all significantly increased(P≤0.05) and GOT significantly decreased only in group A(P≤0.05). There was no significant difference in all indexes in group D(P>0.05). Compared with before feeding, IgG, IgM in ADV(-) minks were all significantly increased after feeding Kangshenbao(P≤0.05). The results indicated that Kangshenbao not only had significant effects on serum biochemical indexes of ADV(+) minks, but also had the same effects on ADV(-) minks.
