摘 要:随着煤矿开采条件的复杂化,及综采方法在非煤矿山的应用拓展,综采工作面的坚硬矿料增多,采煤机行走系统的可靠性受到了较大影响。通过对采煤机导向滑靴、行走轮与刮板输送机销轨啮合的磨损机理、啮合异常产生的原因及影响研究,找到了复杂工作面影响采煤机行走系统寿命的主要因素,并提出了相应的解决措施,提高了行走系统可靠性及设备对地质条件的适应性,促进了采煤机在非煤矿山的应用。With the complexity of coal mining conditions and the expansion of the fully mechanized mining method in non-coal mines, the number of hard minerals in fully mechanized mining face increases, and the reliability of the shearer walking system has been greatly affected. Through the research on the wear mechanism, causes and effects of abnormal meshing of shearer guide shoes,walking wheels and scraper conveyor pin row, the main factors for the complex working face affecting the life of the shearer walking system were found. The corresponding solutions were proposed to improve the reliability of the walking system and the adaptability of the equipment to geological conditions, and promoted the application of shearer in non-coal mine.
