摘 要:针对机械惯量试验台飞轮盘体积过大不宜拆装、电惯量试验台控制系统十分复杂,研制了一种液惯量模拟试验台由变量泵和定量马达、电液比例溢流阀构成模拟加载系统,用来模拟制动系统的转动惯量。该试验台结构简单、操作方便、能实现无级加载,可以适用于采煤机制动器及各种矿用制动装置的性能检测试验。In view of the fact that the flywheel disk of the mechanical inertia test bench is too large to be disassembled, and the control system of the electric inertia test bench is very complicated, a hydraulic inertia simulation test bench has been developed. The simulation loading system consists of variable pump, quantitative motor, and electro-hydraulic proportional relief valve, which was used to simulate the moment of inertia of the braking system. The test bench is simple in structure, easy to operate, and can realize stepless loading, it can be applied to the performance detection test of the shearer brake and various mining brake devices.
