摘 要:针对加工误差而导致的齿侧间隙对采煤机截割部传动系统的影响,通过分析齿轮加工误差的成因,设计了齿轮加工误差分析流程,并得出了6组不同的齿侧间隙数据,以其中2组数据为例,运用MATLAB系统进行仿真。结果表明:在传动系统启动至正常运行阶段中,齿轮角加速度呈现非线性变化趋势,齿侧间隙大小与齿轮的角加速度成正比关系;在齿侧间隙相同条件下,距离电机越近,齿侧间隙对齿轮的角加速度影响越显著。仿真结果与实际情况较为一致,可以作为齿轮设计和改进优化的参考依据。In view of the influence of the backlash caused by machining error on the transmission system of shearer cutting part, by analyzing the causes of gear machining error, the gear machining error analysis process was designed, and six groups of different backlash data were obtained. Taking two groups of data as examples, the MATLAB system was used for simulation. The results show that from the start-up to the normal operation of the transmission system, the angular acceleration of the gear presents a nonlinear trend, and the backlash is proportional to the angular acceleration of the gear;under the same condition of backlash, the closer the distance from the motor is, the more significant the influence of backlash on the angular acceleration of the gear is. The simulation results are consistent with the actual situation, which can be used as a reference for gear design and optimization.
