摘 要:针对向心涡轮存在叶顶间隙泄漏问题,通过改变间隙来提高涡轮的气动性能。使用ANSYS-CFX对向心涡轮内部流场进行数值求解,分析了0~10%固定的间隙高度与变尺寸的间隙高度对涡轮泄漏的影响。结果表明:间隙高度越大,间隙泄漏越多,对等熵效率的影响越明显。使用变尺寸的间隙高度可以有效控制泄漏,涡轮等熵效率可提高5%左右。研究成果可以为涡轮的优化提供参考。Aiming at the problem of leaf top clearance leakage in the centripetal turbine, the pneumatic performance of the turbine is improved by changing the gap. Using ANSYS-CFX to numerically solve the internal flow field of the centric turbine, the effect of 0-10% fixed clearance height and variable size clearance height on turbine leakage was analyzed. The results show that the higher the clearance height, the more clearance leakage, the more obvious the effect of equal entropy efficiency. The leakage can be effectively controlled by using the clearance height of the variable size, and the entropy efficiency of the turbine can be increased by about 5%. The results of the research can provide a reference for the optimization of the turbine.
