摘 要:针对悬臂式掘进机进行截割作业时截割伸缩臂与固定筒体存在的间隙冲击问题,设计了一种消除伸缩臂与固定筒体滑动副间隙的抱闸装置。该装置主要由抱闸阀组和抱闸油缸构成。伸缩动作开始时,抱闸油缸不产生推力;伸缩动作结束时,抱闸油缸产生推力使伸缩臂与固定筒体内壁贴紧,消除滑动副间隙。该装置不需附带电动机等额外动力,结构简单,动作灵敏可靠。Aiming at the problem of gap impact between the telescopic arm and the fixed cylinder in the cutting operation of cantilever roadheader, a holding brake device was designed to eliminate the gap between the telescopic arm and the fixed cylinder. The device is mainly composed of holding gate valve group and holding brake oil cylinder. At the beginning of the telescopic action, the holding brake cylinder does not generate thrust;at the end of the telescopic action, the holding brake cylinder generates thrust to make the telescopic arm close to the inner wall of the fixed cylinder and eliminate the clearance of the sliding pair. The device has the advantages of simple structure, sensitive and reliable operation without additional power such as motor.
