摘 要:以矿用液压支架联接头作为研究对象,利用SolidWorks建立液压支架联接头的三维实体模型,基于ANSYS Workbench对液压支架联接头受拉力时进行力学分析、模态分析谐响应分析,得到液压支架联接头在各阶频率的振型变化和共振频率。结果表明,联接头在头部受力时最容易发生变形,液压支架联接头在频率为3 200 Hz处更容易出现共振现象。针对结果进化优化设计。该研究为液压支架联接头的综合性能分析和优化提供了参考。Taking the connecting head of mine hydraulic support as the research object, SolidWorks was used to establish a 3D solid model of the connecting head of hydraulic support. Based on ANSYS Workbench, mechanical analysis, modal analysis and harmonic response analysis were carried out when the connecting head of hydraulic support was subjected to tension, obtained the vibration pattern change and resonance frequency of the connecting head of hydraulic support at each frequency. The results show that the connecting head is most prone to deformation when the head is stressed, and the connecting head of the hydraulic support is more prone to resonance phenomenon when the frequency is 3 200 Hz. Aiming at the results, the optimal design was carried out. This study provides a reference for the comprehensive performance analysis and optimization of connecting head of hydraulic support.
