摘  要:陕煤集团某煤矿井下原煤运输系统的多条带式输送机存在超负荷运行以及部分设备老化、故障频发的情况,严重影响矿井的安全高效生产。针对煤矿井下运输系统现状,对7条带式输送机提出了2种提速、提量的升级改造方案,通过经济技术分析对比,确定了最终的改造实施方案,并提出了方案实施产生的问题和合理性建议。Overload operation, aging of some equipment and frequent failures exist in many belt conveyors of the raw coal transportation system in a mine of Shaanxi Coal Group, which seriously affects the safe and efficient production of the mine. Aiming at the present situation of underground transportation system, two upgrading schemes of increasing speed and increasing quantity were put forward for seven belt conveyors. Through economic and technical analysis and comparison, the final transformation implementation scheme was determined, and the problems arising from the implementation of the scheme and reasonable suggestions were put forward.
