摘 要:以阳泉矿区高瓦斯、破碎顶板复杂条件工作面沿空留巷为工程背景,针对充填液压支架控制顶板、掩护截煤、掩护充填等功能,提出其工作性能的概念,分别从单次充填长度、抗偏载性能、挡矸性能、地质条件适应性等方面具体阐述其工作性能。架型结构、地质条件、充填工艺是影响工作性能的主要因素。工程实践中通过合理选型、设计及空间布置优化、工作面矿压实时在线监测等措施,充分发挥充填液压支架工作性能。Taking the gob-side entry retaining of the working face with complex conditions of high gas and broken roof in Yangquan mining area as the engineering background, concept of working performance of filling hydraulic support was put forward in view of its functions of controlling roof, covering coal cutting and filling. The working performance of single support length, anti-eccentric load performance,refuse retaining performance and adaptability of geological conditions were elaborated in detail. The frame structure, geological conditions and filling technology are the main factors affecting the working performance. In engineering practice, the working performance of backfilling hydraulic support is given full play by rational lectotype, optimization of design and space layout, real-time on-line monitoring of working face mine pressure and other measures.
