摘　　要：煤矿用岩巷钻装锚一体机是一种集钻孔、出渣、锚护等功能于一体的综合掘进装备,为解决硬岩巷道机械化施工作业难题进行了探索。钻装锚一体机在五阳煤矿82采区2#回风大巷进行应用,月进尺达到103 m。经过实践应用,钻装锚一体机较现有作业线在硬岩巷道快速掘进、减员提效、降低生产成本、安全生产方面具有明显的优势,具有推广应用价值。The rock roadway drilling, loading and anchoring integrated machine for coal mine is a kind of comprehensive tunneling equipment with the functions of drilling, slag discharging, anchoring and so on. It was explored to solve the problem of mechanized construction of hard rock roadway. The application of drilling, loading and anchoring integrated machine in No.2 return air roadway in No.82 mining area of Wuyang coal mine was carried out, and the monthly footage reached 103 m. Through practical application, the mechanized operation line of drilling, loading and anchoring integrated machine has obvious advantages over the existing operation line in hard rock roadway rapid excavation,staff reduction and efficiency improvement, production cost reduction, safety production, and has popularization and application value.
