摘  要:针对炮掘工作面常规超前支护笨重、存在支护盲区等问题,对矿井原有炮掘工作面超前支护设备及支护工艺进行了优化,将原来的单片前探梁改造成两片,增加了支护面积;设计了滑道并将前探梁由升降调整为滑移,将间断性支护工艺改成了连续性支护工艺,降低了劳动强度,增强了支护作业的安全性,提高了单进水平。Aiming at the problems of heavy and blind area of conventional advanced support in blasting working face, optimized the advanced support equipment and support technology of the original blasting working face in mine. Transformed the original single fore-poling bar into two pieces to increase the support area. Designed the slideway, adjusted the fore-poling bar from lifting to sliding, changed the intermittent support technology into continuous support technology. Reduced the labor intensity,enhanced the safety of support operation, and improved the level of single feed.
