摘 要:通过对国内众多煤矿海量矿压实测数据、工作面地质条件和支架参数进行归纳和整理,设计开发了支架选型系统。构建了一套可扩展的支架选型数据库,开发了支护强度匹配、支架适应性评价及工作阻力计算功能。该系统能够通过输入多种参数快速匹配支架支护强度记录,再通过适应性评价最优结果来计算支架工作阻力。将该系统应用于支架选型实践,验证了系统的有效性,为工作面液压支架选型提供了一种高效的大数据工程类比手段。Through the sum-up and arrange of enormous measured data of mine pressure, working face geological conditions and support parameters in many domestic coal mines, designed and developed a support selection system. Constructed a set of scalable support selection database, and developed the support strength matching, support adaptability evaluation and working resistance calculation fuctions.This system can input various parameters to match the support strength record, then calculate the working resistance of support through the adaptability evaluation optimal results. The system was applied to support selection practice, verified the effectiveness of the system, which provides a means to support selection of engineering analogy method.
