摘 要:采煤机井下运行中需要对摇臂传动减速箱、牵引传动减速箱、破碎减速箱补充齿轮油及对调高泵站油箱补充液压油。现阶段采煤机加油基本采用人工加油方式,不仅费时、费力,而且容易污染油液,造成传动系统和液压调高系统故障。设计了一种可以自动加注齿轮油和液压油的集中注油系统,确保加入油液的清洁,降低了工人劳动强度。It is necessary to supply gear oil to arm transmission gearbox, traction transmission gearbox,broken transmission gearbox, and supply hydraulic oil to tank of height adjustment pump station when the shearer is running. At present, the method of manual refueling is basically used in shearer refueling, which is waste of time and energy, and easy to pollute the oil and cause the gear transmission system and hydraulic height adjustment system trouble. Designed an centralized refueling system which can automatically refueling gear oil and hydraulic oil to ensure the cleanness of the added oil and reduce the labor intensity of workers.
