摘  要:开滦(集团)有限责任公司钱家营矿业分公司较薄煤层采煤工作面液压支架回撤时,受空间和巷道的限制,搬运装车方式复杂、费时、费力,存在安全隐患。为了解决较薄煤层工作面回撤时液压支架无法装车的难题,在对现有工艺装备分析的基础上,结合实际情况,设计了适用于较薄煤层工作面普通液压支架和高端液压支架回撤时的快速起运装车平台,可实现快速就地装车,有效保证支架回撤装车的高效性与安全性,缩短搬家工期,降低成本,提高生产效益。When the hydraulic support is withdrawn from the mining face of the thinner coal seam in Qianjiaying mining branch of Kailuan(Group) Co., Ltd., due to the restriction of space and laneway, the way of transporting and loading is complicated, time-consuming and laborious, and there are hidden safety problems. In order to solve the problem that the hydraulic support can not be loaded when the mining face of the thinner coal seam is withdrawn, based on the analysis of the existing technology and equipment, combined with the actual situation, a fast loading and unloading platform was designed for the withdrawal of common hydraulic support and high-end hydraulic support in thinner coal seam mining face, which can realize the rapid on-site loading, effectively guarantee the high efficiency and safety of the withdrawal and loading of the supports, shorten the moving period, reduce costs, and improve production efficiency.
