摘 要:建立某型六轴宽轨电力机车的多体动力学仿真模型,研究机车在60~140 km/h运行速度内和AAR5级轨道谱的激励下,二系橡胶堆刚度对其垂向动力学性能的影响。结果表明二系橡胶堆刚度变化一定时,后司机室的垂向平稳性指标变化幅值要明显低于前司机室。一定范围内降低二系垂向刚度可提高六轴宽轨机车垂向动力学性能。A multi-body dynamic simulation model of the six-axis wide-rail electric locomotive was established, and the effect of the stiffness of the second-series rubber pile on its vertical dynamics performance was studied under the 60-140 km/h operating speed and the AAR5 track spectrum. The results show that the second-series rubber heap stiffness changes for a certain period of time, after the driver′s room serenity indicator changes significantly lower than the former driver′s room. Reducing the vertical stiffness of the second-series within a certain range can improve the vertical dynamics performance of the six-axis wide-rail locomotive.
