摘 要:以钻杆摩擦焊缝开式连续回火炉的温度场为分析对象,采用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对炉内部温度场进行模拟仿真,得出空载时炉内各结点温度场参数。回火炉内部温度场由炉顶至炉口形成温度梯度,但其炉内部分区域温度均匀,满足钻杆摩擦焊缝的回火要求。同时通过多组K型热电偶对炉内主要坐标点进行实验研究,与仿真结果的相对误差为0.58%~1.2%。根据温度场分布数据,可为连续回火生产线新工艺的改进提供可参考的理论基础。Taking temperature field of open continuous tempering furnace for drill pipe friction welding as the analysis object, the finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to simulate the furnace internal temperature field. The furnace temperature field parameters of each node under no load were obtained. Tempering furnace inner temperature field forms temperature gradient from top to the oven,but parts of the furnace temperature are uniform, satisfy the requirement of the drill pipe friction welding tempering. At the same time, several K-type thermocouples were used to study the main coordinate points in the furnace, and the relative error of the simulation results was 0.58%-1.2%.According to the data of temperature field distribution, the theoretical basis for the improvement of continuous tempering production line is provided.
