摘  要:传统的带位移传感器的千斤顶缸底存在生产效率低、装配精度低及密封面漏液等问题,通过缸底结构优化及应用热装工艺以解决上述问题。缸底结构取消传统的环缝U形坡口,同时装配结构由间隙配合φ100H9/f9优化为过盈配合φ100H9/v8;缸底本体和联接套常用材质为27SiMn或30CrMo低合金钢,热处理状态为调质处理;缸底装配方式采用热装工艺,减少了焊前预热、坡口加工和焊接工序,可节约生产成本21.66元/件。The traditional jack cylinder bottom with displacement sensor has low production efficiency,low assembly accuracy and leakage of sealing surface, etc. Through optimization of cylinder bottom structure and application of hot charging process to solve the above problems. The cylinder bottom structure eliminated the traditional circular seam U-shaped groove and at the same time, assembly structure was optimized from clearance fit φ100H9/f9 to interference fit φ100H9/v8;common material of cylinder bottom body and connecting sleeve is 27 SiMn or 30 CrMo low alloy steel, and the heat treatment state is quenched and tempered;the cylinder bottom assembly mode adopts hot loading process, preheating before welding, groove processing and welding procedure are reduced, and the production cost of 21.66 yuan/piece can be saved.
