摘 要:为满足高强度、高频冲击性负载的摇臂工况需要,研制新型采煤机摇臂壳体。通过试铸铸件测试分析,确定了壳体材料组成,并改进了热处理工艺,优化了铸造方案。铸造工艺仿真模拟了浇筑过程的液固相分布和缩松缩孔部位。铸造测试表明,材料优化和铸造过程仿真分析可有效改善铸造摇臂质量,提高了大功率采煤机工作可靠性。In order to meet the demand of rocker arm with high strength and high frequency impact load, a new type of shearer rocker arm shell was developed. The material composition of the shell was determined by the test analysis of the test casting. The heat treatment process was improved and the casting scheme was optimized. The casting process simulation simulated the distribution of liquid and solid phase and the position of shrinkage cavity and porosity in the casting process. The casting test shows that the material optimization and casting process simulation optimization can effectively improve the quality of casting rocker arm and improve the working reliability of high power shearer.
