摘 要:常规减速器的设计一般需经过多次试凑、校核等步骤,才能确定满足一种设计目标的方案。针对各设计参数不是最优和不全面的问题,提出利用MATLAB进行多目标优化设计方案。首先根据二级圆柱齿轮减速器设计目标确定所需独立的优化设计变量,建立基于多目标优化设计的数学模型;其次在分析约束条件的基础上,使用MATLAB编写程序,对减速器进行优化设计。设计结果表明,利用MATLAB进行优化设计能有效满足各设计要求,且不需复杂编程,提高了设计效率和质量。In general, the design of conventional reducer needs to go through many steps, such as trial and error, check and so on, in order to determine the scheme that meets a design goal. Aiming at the problem that design parameters are not optimal and comprehensive, a multi-objective optimization design scheme based on MATLAB was proposed. Firstly, according to the optimization design objectives of two-stage cylindrical gear reducer, the independent design variables were determined, and the mathematical model of multi-objective optimization design was established. Secondly, based on the analysis of constraints, the program was written by MATLAB to optimize the design of the reducer. The design results show that the optimization design using MATLAB can effectively meet the design requirements, and does not need complex programming, which improves the design efficiency and quality.
