摘 要:为提高薄煤层综采工作面的装煤效果,对薄煤层三机配套问题进行了研究。分析了薄煤层三机配套中影响装煤效果的因素,明确了各配套参数的选取方法以优化装煤效果。结果表明,通过合理选择铲间距、降低刮板输送机槽帮高度、增加液压支架推移油缸推移力等途径,可有效提升薄煤层综采工作面装煤效果。该结果为薄煤层工作面三机设备的选型、配套提供了参考。In order to improve the coal loading effect of fully mechanized mining face in thin coal seam,the matching problem of three machines in thin coal seam was studied. The factors affecting the coal loading effect in the matching of three machines in thin coal seam were analyzed, and the selection method of each matching parameter was determined to optimize the coal loading effect. The results show that the coal loading effect of fully mechanized working face in thin coal seam can be effectively improved by reasonably selecting the shovel spacing, reducing the height of scraper conveyor groove side and increasing the hydraulic support pushing cylinder pushing force. The results provide a reference for the selection and matching of three machines equipment in thin coal seam working face.
