摘  要:根据立式刮刀离心机的工作特点,提出主电机电流、水分变化以及刮刀和筛篮间隙等3种刮刀磨损判断方法。对刮刀叶片冲击磨损和摩擦磨损部位进行磨损机理分析,通过改变和镶嵌材料提高刮刀使用寿命并进行实践验证,工业应用表明:刮刀磨损主要为冲击磨损,主要磨损部位为刮刀叶片上部,镶嵌耐磨陶瓷可提高其使用寿命3倍以上。According to the working characteristics of vertical scraper centrifuge, three kinds of blade wear judgment method such as the main motor current, the moisture change, blades and sieve basket clearance were proposed. The wear mechanism analysis of scraper blade impact wear and friction wear parts were carried out. By changing and inlay material, improved the service life of the scraper and carried out practice verification. Industrial application showed that the blade wear mainly is impact wear, main wear parts are the upper of scraper blade, and the inlaid wear-resistant ceramics can improve its service life more than three times.
