摘　　要：斜齿轮作为传动系统的重要组成部分,对整个传动系统的噪声、寿命等性能具有重要影响。以某型煤矿重载装备中的斜齿轮作为研究对象,推导了齿轮的螺旋线方程、当量齿轮的渐开线方程和基本参数,建立了螺旋线上任意一点的法面齿形。以3点处的法面齿形为基准,通过扫掠的方式在CREO中建立了斜齿轮的参数化模型,为斜齿轮传动系统的仿真分析提供了依据。As an important component of the transmission system, helical gear has an important influence on the performance of the whole transmission system, such as noise and life. Taking a helical gear of a certain type of overloaded equipment in coal mine as the research object, deduced the spiral line equation of the gear, the involute equation and the basic parameters of the equivalent gear, established normal surface tooth shape on any point of spiral line. Taking three points normal surface tooth shape as a benchmark, through the way of sweeping slightly, established parameterized model of helical gear in CREO, which provides the basis for helical gear transmission system simulation analysis.
