摘　　要：《广瘟疫论》是戴天章的成名之作,诚为吴又可《温疫论》之后关于瘟热病论述的杰出著作,此书的问世,使温病学理论从伤寒理论独立出来,自此温病学自立门户,并渊源流传,深受后世广大医家的研读和临床应用,在温病学的发展历史长河中意义深远。通过从戴天章求医之路、学术思想渊源以及针对温病提出明辨表里、明晰五辨、明察五法、明审虚实等方面进行探讨,是戴氏辨证论治瘟疫学术思想的突出体现。Guang Wenyi Lun,Dai Tianzhang’s masterpiece,is another outstanding work on the epidemic febrile diseases after Wu Youke’s Wenyi Lun(On Plague Diseases).Its publication makes the theory of the science of epidemic febrile diseases of traditional Chinese medicine independent of that of the science of exogenous cold diseases.After that,the science of epidemic febrile diseases develops into an independent discipline and passes down continuously,deeply studied and widely applied in clinic by the numerous physicians of later generations and gaining a far-reaching significance in the long development history of the subject.This paper explores how Dai Tianzhang endeavors to become a famous doctor and the origin of his academic thoughts,a prominent embodiment of his academic thoughts on the treatment of epidemic febrile diseases on the basis of syndrome differentiation.
