摘 要:目的建立山东省罗庄区2种铁线莲(太行铁线莲和长冬草)与威灵仙标准药材及棉团铁线莲标准药材的指纹图谱,通过对比4者指纹图谱,研究其内在成分的差异性。方法采用高效液相色谱法,WondaSil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)乙腈-0.2%磷酸水溶液进行梯度洗脱,检测波长210 nm,柱温25℃,流速0.8 mL·min^(-1),对4种铁线莲进行检测。结果建立4种铁线莲的指纹图谱,经过对比其相似度较高,共有峰面积占各自峰总面积比例较高。结论太行铁线莲及长冬草与威灵仙2种标准药材主要成分相似。Objective To establish the fingerprints of the 2 species of Clematis kirilowii Maxim.and Clematis hexapetala var.tchefouensis in Luozhuang District,Shandong Province,and the fingerprints of the standard medicinal materials of Clematis chinensis Osbeck and Clematis hexapetala Pall,and study the component difference by comparing their fingerprints.Methods The 4 species of clematis were detected by using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),WondaSil C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)acetonitrile-0.2%phosphoric acid aqueous solution for gradient elution,with the detection wavelength at 210 nm,the column temperature at 25℃and the flow rate at 0.8 mL·min-1.Results The fingerprints of the 4 species were established.The comparison showed that their similarity was higher,and the common peak area accounted for a higher proportion of their each total peak area.Conclusion The main components of Clematis kirilowii Maxim.and Clematis hexapetala var.tchefouensis are similar to those of the two standard medicinal materials of Chinese clematis root.
