摘　　要：目的探讨参一胶囊辅助紫杉醇联合卡铂(TC方案)化疗治疗卵巢恶性肿瘤的疗效及其对化疗不良反应和生活质量的影响。方法采用随机数字表法将152例患者分成对照组与观察组。对照组采用TC方案化疗,即紫杉醇175 mg·m^(-2),卡铂AUC6,静脉给药,疗程间隔3周;观察组在化疗基础上口服参一胶囊,每天2次,每次20 mg,连服8周。结果2组总有效率差异不显著(P>0.05),观察组临床总获益率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血小板、白细胞、谷丙转氨酶/谷草转氨酶变化、恶心呕吐均较对照组轻(P<0.05),2组腹泻、周围神经不良反应差异不显著(P>0.05),观察组生活质量改善或稳定情况高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参一胶囊辅助紫杉醇、卡铂治疗卵巢恶性肿瘤的效果比单独化疗更明显,能够明显增强化疗药物疗效,减轻部分毒副作用,在一定程度上提高患者生活质量。Objective To investigate the efficacy of the Shenyi Capsules combined with taxol and carboplatin(TC regimen)chemotherapy in the treatment of ovarian malignant tumors and its influence on the adverse chemotherapy reactions and quality of life.Methods A total of 152 patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was treated with the TC chemotherapy regimen,namely taxol 175 mg·m-2,carboplatin AUC6,intravenously administered with a treatment interval of 3 weeks.The observation group was given the Shenyi Capsules orally on the basis of the chemotherapy,twice a day,20 mg each time,for 8 weeks.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05),while the total clinical benefit rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The changes of platelets,leukocytes,alanine aminotransferase/aspartate aminotransferase,and nausea and vomiting in the observation group were milder than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in diarrhea and peripheral nerve adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The improvement or stability of the quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapy of the Shenyi Capsules combined with taxol and carboplatin is more effective in the treatment of ovarian malignant tumors than the chemotherapy alone.It can significantly enhance the efficacy of the chemotherapy drugs,reduce part of their toxic side effects,and improve the patients’quality of life to a certain extent.
