甲状腺切除术患者喉返神经与甲状腺下动脉的解剖关系的研究与分析

摘　　要：目的探讨甲状腺切除术患者喉返神经与甲状腺下动脉的解剖关系。方法纳入接受甲状腺切除术患者50例,其中45例为甲状腺乳头状癌,5例为良性甲状腺肿。记录喉返神经与甲状腺下动脉的解剖关系。结果在49.0%的情况下,喉返神经位于甲状腺下动脉前;41.0%的情况下,喉返神经位于甲状腺下动脉后,其余10.0%的病例观察到喉返神经在甲状腺下动脉分支内经过。左、右侧喉返神经与甲状腺动脉位置关系有明显差异,右侧喉返神经多行于动脉之前,左侧喉返神经多行于动脉之后。结论喉返神经与甲状腺下动脉的解剖学关系高度可变。Objective To investigate the anatomical relationship between the recurrent laryngeal nerve and the inferior thyroid artery in patients undergoing a thyroidectomy.Methods A total of fifty patients who underwent a thyroidectomy were enrolled in the research,including 45 cases of papillary thyroid carcinoma and 5 cases of benign goiter.The anatomic relationship between the recurrent laryngeal nerve and the inferior thyroid artery was analyzed and recorded.Results In the 49.0%of all the cases,the recurrent laryngeal nerve was located in front of the inferior thyroid artery,while in the 41.0%of all the cases,the recurrent laryngeal nerve was located behind the inferior thyroid artery,and in the remaining 10.0%,the recurrent laryngeal nerve was observed to pass through the branches of the inferior thyroid artery.The positional relationship between the left and right recurrent laryngeal nerve and the thyroid artery was significantly different.The right recurrent laryngeal nerve was mostly in front of the artery,while the left recurrent laryngeal nerve was mostly behind the artery.Conclusion The anatomical relationship between the recurrent laryngeal nerve and the inferior thyroid artery is highly variable.
