中医情志顺势护理干预对脑梗死患者心理水平及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中医情志顺势护理干预对脑梗死患者心理水平及生活质量的影响。方法选取2017年10月-2019年10月我院收治的脑梗死患者80例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为2组,各40例。对照组给予常规神经内科护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上给予中医顺势情志护理。比较2组护理干预前后抑郁、焦虑评分变化情况及生活质量、依从性及神经功能评分。结果治疗后,2组的SAS和SDS评分均显著下降,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);护理干预后,观察组的躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能和物质生活评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);护理干预后,观察组MMSE评分及依从性各维度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医情志顺势护理干预可显著改善脑梗死患者抑郁、焦虑等不良情绪及神经功能,提高患者的依从性及生活质量,值得临床借鉴。Objective To explore the effect of the emotional homeopathic nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine on the psychological level and quality of life of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 80 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into 2 groups using a random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given a routine neurology nursing intervention,while the observation group was given a TCM homeopathic care on the basis of the control group.The changes in the depression and anxiety scores,quality of life,compliance and neurological function scores were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing intervention.Results After treatment,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were both decreased significantly,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After the nursing intervention,the scores of the physical function,mental function,social function,and material life of the observation group were all significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After the nursing intervention,the MMSE score and compliance score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The TCM emotional homeopathic nursing intervention can significantly improve the depression,anxiety and other negative emotions,and the neurological functions of patients with cerebral infarction,and improve the compliance and quality of life,which is worthy of clinical reference.
