中医整体观念施护联合调理脾胃针法对糖尿病肾病患者氧化应激和生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中医整体观念施护联合调理脾胃针法对糖尿病肾病(DN)患者氧化应激和生活质量的影响。方法选择2018年11月-2019年11月我院收治并确诊的DN患者150例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各75例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予中医整体观念施护联合调理脾胃针法。比较2组护理后总有效率以及护理前后血糖水平、肾功能、氧化应激和生活质量改善情况。结果观察组护理后总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)和尿β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后丙二醛(MDA)、蛋白羰基(PCO)低于对照组,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平、生活质量各项评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对DN患者采取中医整体观念施护联合调理脾胃针法,能够增强血糖控制效果,改善肾功能和机体氧化应激,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of the TCM holistic nursing combined with the acupuncture for regulating the spleen and stomach on the oxidative stress and quality of life in patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods A total of 150 patients with DN treated and diagnosed in our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were enrolled as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was given a routine nursing care,and the observation group was given a TCM holistic nursing combined with the spleen and stomach regulating acupuncture.The total effective rate after nursing was compared between the two groups,as well as the improvement of the blood glucose level,renal function,oxidative stress and quality of life before and after nursing.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher after nursing than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of the fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc),urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER)and urineβ2 microglobulin(β2-MG)in the observation group were lower after nursing than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of malondialdehyde(MDA)and protein carbonyl(PCO)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Administering the TCM holistic nursing combined with the acupuncture for regulating the spleen and stomach to DN patients can enhance the effect of blood glucose control,improve the renal function and oxidative stress,and improve the quality of life of patients with DN.
