丹参川芎嗪注射液联合康复模式对类风湿关节炎患者RANKL、OPG水平和关节功能的影响

摘　　要：目的分析丹参川芎嗪注射液联合康复模式对类风湿关节炎患者核因子κB受体活化因子配体(RANKL)、护骨素(OPG)水平和关节功能的影响。方法以2019年4月-2020年4月我院风湿免疫科收治的100例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组采用甲氨蝶呤片进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合丹参川芎嗪注射液进行治疗,2组均治疗30 d,且治疗期间2组均采用康复模式进行护理。比较2组临床疗效,治疗前和治疗30 d后2组血清炎症指标水平、骨破坏指标水平和关节功能情况。结果治疗30 d后,观察组总有效率为92.00%显著高于对照组的76.00%(P<0.05);2组血清炎症指标水平、关节功能评分较治疗前均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);2组血清骨破坏指标水平较治疗前均有所改善,且观察组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹参川芎嗪注射液联合康复模式治疗类风湿关节炎,能显著降低患者机体炎症反应,降低患者血清RANKL水平、升高OPG水平,同时改善骨关节功能,其治疗效果较好。Objective To analyze the effect of Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection combined with the rehabilitation mode on the levels of the nuclear factorκB receptor activator ligand(RANKL),osteoprotegerin(OPG)and joint function in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods A total of 100 patients with rheumatoid arthritis treated in the department of rheumatology and immunology of our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with methotrexate tablets,while the observation group was treated with Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 30 days,and both were administered the rehabilitation mode during the treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.The serum inflammation index levels,bone destruction index levels and joint function were compared before and 30 days after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.00%)(P<0.05).The serum inflammation index levels and joint function scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The serum bone destruction index levels in the two groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment,and the improvement in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection combined with the rehabilitation mode can significantly reduce the inflammatory response,reduce the level of serum RANKL,increase the level of OPG and improve the bone and joint function,with a good therapeutic effect.
