穴位按摩在改善甲状腺癌术后头痛、眩晕症状的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨穴位按摩在甲状腺癌术后头痛、眩晕症状中的应用效果。方法选择我院普外科甲状腺癌术后发生头痛或眩晕症状的患者60例,随机分成对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组术后给与常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给与穴位按摩。对比2组术后第3天头痛、眩晕的缓解情况及睡眠质量。结果术后第3天,观察组头痛数字模拟量表(NRS)评分改善幅度优于对照组(P<0.05);眩晕障碍程度缓解状况优于对照组(P<0.05);睡眠质量评分(PSQI)改善幅度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穴位按摩能有效缓解甲状腺癌术后头痛、眩晕症状,改善患者睡眠质量,促进患者术后早期快速恢复。Objective To explore the application effect of the point massage on the headache and vertigo after the thyroid cancer surgery.Methods A total of sixty patients with a headache or vertigo after the thyroid cancer surgery in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given a routine care after operation,and the observation group was given an point massage on the basis of the routine care.The relief of the headache and vertigo and sleep quality on the third day after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results On the third day after operation,the improvement of the headache digital analog scale(NRS)score of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The remission of the vertigo disorder was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The point massage can effectively alleviate the symptoms of headache and vertigo after the thyroid cancer operation,improve the sleep quality of patients,and promote their early and rapid recovery.
