摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下经皮穿刺微波消融治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的围手术期临床护理要点。方法回顾性分析我科收治的35例乳腺良性肿瘤患者进行微波消融治疗,并采用围手术期综合护理,评估干预后的术后并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果 35例患者均顺利完成微波消融治疗,平均术后1 d出院,通过围手术期综合护理,并发症发生率较低,护理满意度为100%。结论经皮穿刺微波消融治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的患者应加强围手术期的综合护理,良好的护理措施对于疾病的治疗及预后具有重要的意义。Objective To explore the main points of the perioperative clinical nursing for the ultrasound-guided percutaneous microwave ablation in the treatment of benign breast tumors.Methods A total of 35 patients with benign breast tumors treated by a microwave ablation and a perioperative comprehensive nursing in our department were analyzed retrospectively to evaluate the incidence of postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction after intervention.Results All the 35 patients successfully completed the microwave ablation treatment and were on average discharged from the hospital one day after surgery.After receiving a comprehensive perioperative care,the incidence of complications was low and the nursing satisfaction rate was 100%.Conclusion A perioperative comprehensive nursing care should be strengthened in patients with benign breast tumors treated by the percutaneous microwave ablation.Good nursing measures are of great significance both for the treatment and prognosis of the disease.
