摘　　要：目的探讨多部门协同SOP护理在危重症患儿抢救中的应用效果。方法参考相关资料,制定一系列符合儿童危重症抢救的SOP,通过护士自身抢救能力评价、抢救成功率以及患者满意度来评价效果。结果多部门协同SOP护理应用后,92%的护士认为抢救能力得到提高(P<0.05);医护配合满意度及患者满意度均有明显提升(P<0.05);抢救成功率提高(P<0.05)。结论制定并应用多部门协同的护理SOP,提高了儿科急诊护理团队的救护能力及抢救成功率,提升了儿童急危重症的急救护理质量。Objective To explore the application effect of the multi-department collaborative SOP nursing in the rescue of critically ill children.Methods A series of standard operating procedures(SOP)in line with the rescue of children’s critical diseases were developed with reference to relevant data,and the effect was assessed by the nurses’own rescue ability evaluation,rescue success rate and patient satisfaction.Results After the application of the multi-departmental collaborative SOP nursing,92%of nurses believed that their rescue ability was improved(P<0.05).The medical cooperation satisfaction and patient satisfaction were both significantly improved(P<0.05).The rescue success rate was improved(P<0.05).Conclusion The formulation and application of the nursing SOP coordinated by multiple departments can improved the rescue ability and success rate of the pediatric emergency nursing team,and improve the quality of emergency care for children with acute and critical diseases.
