摘 要:为了将工控领域传统IO设备更好地接入PROFINET网络,设计了一种PROFINET耦合器设备。首先,设备基于TPS-1芯片,采用串行模式外接微控制器来处理PROFINET数据,通过PROFINET的槽/子槽数据模型匹配每个IO模块,建立一种基于地址和类型的查询机制,将PROFINET接口和RS485接口都集成到设备中;其次,以IO模块类型映射模块/子模块ID,从而对设备描述文件进行设计,利用西门子S7-300PLC控制器搭建系统测试平台,并通过STEP7软件进行组态;最后,以Wireshark软件抓取的数据帧对PROFINET启动过程和设备发送周期进行分析。实验结果表明:该设备实现了PROFINET RT和NRT通信功能以及PROFINET和RS485跨网通信功能。A PROFINET coupler is designed for the traditional IO equipment in industrial control field to better access PROFINET network.The device is based on TPS-1 chip,and the serial mode external microcontroller is used to process PROFINET data.Each IO module is matched through the slot/subslot data model of PROFINET,and a query mechanism based on address and type is established,so as to integrate both PROFINET interface and RS485 interface into the device.Then,the IO module type is used to map the module/submodule ID so as to design the device description file.Siemens S7-300PLC controller is used to build the system test platform and the system is configured through STEP7 software.Finally,the data frames captured by Wireshark software are used to analyze the PROFINET startup process and device sending cycle.Experimental results show that the device can realize the communication functions of PROFINET RT and NRT as well as the cross-network communication functions of PROFINET and RS485.
