摘  要:为了在光域中实现对归零(RZ)信号占空比的调节,利用时间透镜成像系统可以进行时域展宽和压缩的特性,提出了一种基于时间透镜的RZ码占空比调节技术。在现有的利用FWM原理实现时间透镜成像系统中,通过调整两个泵浦脉冲之间的时间间隔,使得RZ信号脉冲的高电平部分的持续时间发生改变,进而对RZ输入信号的占空比进行调节。根据时间透镜成像系统的放大倍数M和原始RZ输入信号的周期T以及原始的占空比50%,理论推导出经过该系统之后得到的信号脉冲的占空比为M/(M+1),周期也由原来的T变为T(M+1)/2。使用Matlab仿真软件,模拟仿真了当M=3和M=1/3时,输出的RZ信号的占空比分别变为75%和25%,通过软件仿真验证了RZ码占空比调节技术的可行性。In order to adjust the duty cycle of RZ signal in optical domain,a time lens-based RZ code duty cycle regulation technique is proposed based on the broadening and compression characteristics of time lens imaging system.In the existing time lens imaging system based on FWM principle,the duration of the high level part of the RZ signal pulse is changed by adjusting the time interval between two pump pulses,so as to adjust the duty ratio of the RZ input signal.According to the magnification factor M of the time lens imaging system,the period T of the original RZ input signal and the original duty cycle of 50%,it is theoretically deduced that the duty cycle of the signal pulse obtained after passing through the system is M/(M+1),and the period also changes from the original T to T(M+1)/2.Matlab simulation software is used to simulate when M=3 and M=1/3,the duty cycle of the output RZ signal changed to 75%and 25%respectively,the feasibility of RZ code duty cycle regulation is verified by software simulation.
