摘  要:针对一些无法进行模型试验的中型泵站,合理的装置选型和水力模型选型对泵站的高效、安全、稳定运行具有重要的意义。以南京市永宏泵站为研究对象,分析了泵站主要设计参数,采用基于同类型泵站试验数据的新型选型方法,并通过数值计算来验证选型结论。结果表明:对于无法进行泵装置模型试验的泵站来说,采用基于同类型泵站试验数据的选型方法可以准确地预测水泵的运行角度,而且选型结果具有较高的准确度。研究成果对国内外中小型泵站工程的水泵选型具有一定的借鉴意义。For some medium-sized pumping stations that cannot be tested by model experiment,reasonable selection of device type and hydraulic model is of great significance to the efficient,safe and stable operation of the pumping station.Taking Yonghong Pumping Station as the research object,we analyze the main design parameters of the pumping station,adopt a new type selection method based on the test data of the same type of pump device,and verify the selection conclusion through numerical calculations.The results show that for pumping stations that cannot be tested on the pump device model,the selection method based on the test data of the same type of pumping station can accurately predict the operation angle of the pump,and the selection result has a high accuracy.The research results can be used as a reference for pump selection in small and medium-sized pump stations at home and abroad.
