摘  要:对聚丙烯装置粉料输送系统某次异常停运情况进行研究。本案例中粉料输送风机出口压力PI803高报诱发料仓压力PI805低低报,造成风机停机联锁。通过对粉料输送系统各点压力的变化特征进行分析,查找造成粉料输送异常停运的原因及应对措施。造成该异常的原因其一是D502干燥器干燥效果不佳,粉料带水严重,D502循环氮气中夹带大量粉料造成堆积引起PI803高报;其二是粉料输送管线堵塞,C801出口安全阀异常引起PI805低低报。通过对D502干燥效果、C801出口安全阀、RF801的更新等措施,成功改善了C801的运行状况,在大检修之后生产负荷达到较高水平的情况下,通过观察,未发现不稳定因素,C801出口压力较长时间达到54kPa,也未造成C801的波动,也不再出现在PI803升高的过程中PI802异常升高的情况,以及当D507下料初期PI805大幅下降的情况。An abnormal shutdown of powder conveying system of a polypropylene plant is studied.In this case,the high alarm of outlet pressure PI803 in the powder conveying fan induced a low-low alarm ofpressure PI805 in the bin,causing the interlock shutdown of the fan.By analyzing the pressure change characteristics at various points of the powder conveying system,the causes of the abnormal shutdown of powder conveying system were identified and some countermeasures were developed.One of the reasons is the poor drying effect of dryer D502.The water entrainment in powder was serious,and a large amount of powder entrained in the circulating nitrogen of D502 caused the accumulation and the high alarm of PI803.The other reason is the blockage of powder conveying pipeline.The abnormality of outlet safety valve of C801 caused the low-low alarm of PI805.The operation of C801 was successfully improved by improving the drying effect of D502 and renewing the outlet safety valve of C801 and the RF801.The plant was operated at a relatively high load after the overhaul,and no unstable factors were found.The outlet pressure of C801 was 54 kPa for a long period of time,but no fluctuation was caused in C801,the abnormal rise of P1802 was no longer found during the rise of P1803,and no significant drop in PI805 was observed at the early stage of D507 unloading.
