摘  要:面对生产规模扩大带来水资源短缺的问题,某石化公司采用"生化处理+混凝+气浮过滤+超滤+反渗透+真空脱气"的工艺路线,将城市污水处理成为炼油厂循环冷却补充水和电厂一级除盐水,有效解决了企业生产规模扩大所需的水资源瓶颈问题。城市污水对于保障炼油厂安全生产、节省新鲜水消耗具有重要意义,对城市污水回用的工艺流程、设计情况、运行情况和存在问题进行了介绍,对同行业开发利用替代水资源提供了借鉴参考,同时也起到了开源节流的示范性作用。城市污水经回用处理制成循环冷却水补水运行成本为2.44元/t,制成电厂一级除盐水运行成本为7.63元/t,该制水费用低于炼油厂用水成本,并且通过将城市污水进行深度处理回用,有效减轻了当地的水环境污染负荷,具有较好的经济效益和环保效益。Faced with the water shortage problem caused by the expansion of production capacity,a petrochemical company adopted the process route of"biochemical treatment-coagulation-air floatation filtration-ultrafiltration-reverse osmosis-vacuum degassing"to turn the municipal sewage into circulating cooling make-up water for refineries and primary desalted water for power plants,effectively solving the bottleneck of water resources required by the capacity expansion.Municipal sewage is significant for ensuring the safe pro-duction of refineries and saving fresh water consumption.This paper introduces the process flow,design,operation and existing problems in municipal sewage reuse,providing reference for the development and utilization of alternative water resources in the industry and playing an exemplary role in increasing revenue and reduc-ing expenditure.The operation cost of turning municipal sewage into circulating cooling make-up water for re-fineries and into primary desalted water for power plants is 2.44 yuan/ton and 7.63 yuan/ton respectively.This water production cost is lower than the water cost of refineries.Through the advanced treatment and reuse of municipal sewage,the local water pollution load can be effectively reduced,and good economic and environmental benefits can be achieved.
