摘 要:目的调查老挝丰沙里省岳乌县疟疾流行情况,为当地消除疟疾措施的制定提供依据。方法选取老挝丰沙里省岳乌县Loum村,采用诱蚊灯采集蚊虫,采用巢氏PCR方法检测疟疾主要媒介按蚊感染疟原虫子孢子;采集岳乌县当地居民滤纸血,采用巢式PCR法检测疟原虫感染情况。结果共捕获按蚊9种1 735只,其中,中华按蚊占捕获按蚊总数的87.67%(1521/1735),属于当地优势按蚊蚊种,密度为31.69只/(灯·夜)。中华按蚊间日疟子孢子阳性率0.52%(7/1340),微小按蚊间日疟子孢子阳性率75%(3/4)。当地健康人群疟原虫带虫率0.23%(1/433)。结论老挝岳乌县疟疾媒介种类丰富,疟疾带虫率较高,健康人群有疟原虫感染,存在疟疾暴发或流行风险,建议当地卫生部门加强对疟疾媒介及病例的监测。Objective To investigate the prevalence of malaria in Yuewu County, Phongsaly Province, Laos in order to provide evidence for the development of local malaria elimination measures. Methods Mosquitoes were collected by light traps in the Village of Loum, Yuwu County, Phongsaly Province, Laos. Nested PCR was used to detect Plasmodium sporozoites in Anopheles mosquitoes, the main vector of malaria. Blood was collected from local residents in Yuewu County and prepared as smears on filter paper. Nested PCR was used to detect Plasmodium infection. Results A total of 1 735 Anopheles mosquitoes from 9 species were captured, with An. sinensis accounting for 87.67%(1 521/1 735). An. sinensis belonged to the dominant Anopheles species in the region, with a density of 31.69 individuals/(lamp/night). An. sinensis tested positive for spores at a rate of 0.52%(7/1 340), and An. minimus tested positive at a rate of 75%(3/4). Carriage of Plasmodium in the healthy local population was 0.23%(1/433). Conclusion In Laowuxian County, Laos, malaria vectors are abundant and they carry malaria at a high rate. The healthy population is infected with Plasmodium, and there is a risk of a malaria outbreak or epidemic. The local health department should enhance the surveillance of malaria vectors and cases.
