摘 要:目的研究二氧化氯消毒液用于物体表面消毒时对白色念珠菌的杀灭效果。方法分别在20℃和-20℃条件下,使用二氧化氯消毒液对白色念珠菌进行载体浸泡定量杀菌试验、载体喷雾定量杀菌试验和物体表面喷雾消毒效果模拟现场试验。结果100 mg/L二氧化氯消毒液的载体浸泡定量杀菌试验中,各次杀灭对数值均>3.00;载体喷雾定量杀菌试验中,各次杀灭对数值均<3.00。250 mg/L、500 mg/L二氧化氯消毒液进行载体喷雾定量杀菌试验,-20℃条件下250 mg/L二氧化氯消毒液作用30 min和45 min的杀灭对数值均<3.00,其余各次试验的杀灭对数值均>3.00。250、500 mg/L二氧化氯消毒液进行物体表面喷雾消毒效果模拟现场试验,所有样本的杀灭对数值均>3.00。结论使用低浓度二氧化氯消毒液进行物体表面消毒时,应保证消毒剂足量;在低温条件下使用喷雾方式消毒时,延长作用时间消毒效果反而减弱,宜加大消毒剂浓度以保证杀菌效果。Objective To observe the killing effect of chlorine dioxide disinfectant on Candida albicans when used for disinfection of object surface.Methods Carrier immersion quantitative germicidal test,carrier spray quantitative germicidal test and simulation field test of spray disinfection effect on object surface were carried out on Candida albicans with chlorine dioxide disinfectant at 20℃and-20℃,respectively.Results The killing logarithmic values of 100 mg/L chlorine dioxide disinfectant in carrier immersion quantitative germicidal test were all>3.00,and the killing logarithmic values in carrier spray quantitative germicidal test were all<3.00.250 mg/L and 500 mg/L chlorine dioxide disinfectants were used for carrier spray quantitative germicidal test,and the killing logarithmic values of 250 mg/L disinfectant were both<3.00 when acted for 30 min and 45 min at-20℃,while the killing logarithmic values in other tests were all>3.00.When 250 mg/L and 500 mg/L chlorine dioxide disinfectants were used for simulation field test of spray disinfection effect on object surface,the killing logarithmic values of all samples were>3.00.Conclusion When low-concentration chlorine dioxide disinfectant is used for disinfection of object surface,sufficient disinfectant should be ensured;when spray disinfection is used at low temperature,the disinfection effect will be weakened by prolonging the action duration and the concentration of disinfectant should be increased to guarantee the disinfection effect.
