摘 要:为分析装填钝感高能炸药TATB装药壳体厚度对射流冲击引爆的影响,采用动力学有限差分程序Autodyn,建立了50 mm口径聚能装药对不同厚度钢壳体冲击引爆数值模型,模拟分析了聚能射流冲击带壳装药过程中冲击波传播和炸药反应的情况.在此基础上,开展了50 mm和75 mm口径聚能装药对覆盖有混凝土层的带壳装药冲击引爆数值模拟,模拟结果与射流冲击引爆经验判据一致,说明数值建模方法具有一定的合理性.模拟分析表明,随着被冲击装药壳体厚度的增加,炸药引爆机制由射流冲击产生的前驱波引爆转化为前驱波与冲击剪切变形共同引爆.研究结果对反导战斗部设计具有一定的参考价值.In order to analyzed the effect of shell thickness filled with TATB explosive on the impact ignition by shaped charge jet,the numerical simulation of shaped charge jet initiating different thickness shelled explosive was conducted by using the dynamic hydrocode Autodyn.The shaped charges used had a caliber of 50 mm.The initial shock-wave propagation of explosives and reaction situation of explosive were simulated.This initiation numerical simulation was carried out with shaped charge jets firing against the concrete layer and steel containers filled with TATB high explosive.The shaped charges used had calibers of 50 mm and 75 mm.The simulation analysis results showed that it was correct and feasible to use the calculation method.The numerical simulation results showed that impact initiation mechanism changed with the increase of thickness of shelled explosive.The explosives encased in the cylinder were expected to detonate near the surface of the cylinder due to the initial shock-wave of a jet tip impact being transform to initial shock-wave and the explosive shear deformation by jet impacted.The research results have certain guiding significance for the study and design of anti-missile warhead.
