摘　　要：人工授精技术极大地促进了生猪产业的发展,精液的保存又是其中不可或缺的一个重要环节。在精液制备的过程中无法避免细菌的污染,而目前国家又在倡导减少抗菌剂的使用频率和剂量,所以需要研究杀菌效果好的抗菌替代品。中草药具有无毒副作用、低残留和杀菌效果好等优点,在猪精液常温保存上的应用广泛。文章就中草药替代抗生素在猪精液常温保存中的研究进行综述,旨在为猪精液常温稀释剂的研发与应用提供科学依据。Artificial insemination technology has greatly contributed to the development of the pig industry,of which the preservation of semen is an essential part.As is known to all,it is impossible to avoid bacterial contamination during semen preparation.On the other hand,China is promoting the reduction of the frequency and dosage of antimicrobial agents;therefore,there is a need to research antibacterial substitutes with good bactericidal effects.Chinese herbs are now widely used for the room temperature preservation of pig semen due to their non-toxic side effects,low residue,and good bactericidal effect.This review focuses on the study of Chinese herbal medicine alternatives to antibiotics in pig semen storage at room temperature,with the aim of providing a scientific basis for the development and application of semen-preserving diluent.
