摘　　要：猪星状病毒(PAstV)是一种严重危害哺乳期仔猪的人兽共患病病原,常引起仔猪腹泻、脱水、呕吐甚至死亡,给养猪业带来较大的经济损失。文章就PAstV的最新实验室检测技术研究进展作一简要概述,以期为疾病的有效防控提供参考。Porcine astrovirus(PAstV)is a zoonosis pathogen which is serious harm to lactation piglets.It often causes piglets'diarrhea,vomiting,dehydration and even death,and brings great economic losses to the pig industry.It was briefly shown the latest laboratory detection technology of the PAstV in this paper,in order to provide reference for the effective prevention and control of disease.
