摘 要:为抵御单一养殖崇明清水蟹带来的风险,开展了崇明清水蟹与澳洲红螯螯虾高效生态混养试验。以2020年上海崇东水产养殖专业合作社的混养试验为例,养殖池塘面积1 hm^(2),蟹种放养量12000只,产量1125 kg,澳洲红螯螯虾放养量15000尾,产量450 kg,总产值31.5万元,利润20.1万元。结果表明,采用崇明清水蟹与澳洲红螯螯虾高效生态混养模式,不会影响清水蟹的产量,且单位面积利润比单养模式提高了34%,因此是1种生态效益和经济效益兼顾的养殖模式。In order to resist the risk brought by the monoculture of Chinese mitten crab(Eriocheir sinensis)at Chongming Island,an ecological polyculture experiment between E.sinensis and red-claw crayfish(Cherax quadricarinatus)was carried out at an aquiculture cooperative in 2020.The area of experiment pond was 1 hm^(2),and the initial stocking quantities of juvenile E.sinensis and C.quadricarinatus were 12000 and 15000,respectively.After eight months of culture,the outputs of E.sinensis and C.quadricarinatus were 1125 kg and 450 kg respectively at the harvest time,with 315000 RMB of total output and 201000 RMB of net profit.Our results showed that ecological polyculture of E.sinensis with C.quadricarinatus would not affect the yield of E.sinensis and the profit per unit area was 34%higher than the monoculture mode,reflecting the ecological and economic benefits of this mode.
