海盐消毒剂对白色念珠菌杀灭效果及其作用机制的研究

摘　　要：目的研究一种天然海盐消毒剂对白色念珠菌杀灭效果及其作用机制。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和电镜技术,对某天然海盐消毒剂杀灭白色念珠菌的效果及其作用机制进行观察。结果本研究海盐消毒剂是通过在海水浓缩液中加入碳酸氢钠和硫酸钠制备而成。该海盐消毒剂原液对白色念珠菌作用5 min,杀灭率达100%。扫描电镜观察表明,海盐消毒剂与白色念珠菌菌体作用后产生絮凝作用,使菌体细胞壁受到损坏,进而导致细胞壁结构塌陷。结论该海盐消毒剂可快速杀灭白色念珠菌,作用后的菌体受到明显的破坏,细胞壁结构有塌陷等现象。Objective To study the germicidal effect of Candida albicans of a natural sea salt disinfectant and explore its mechanism.Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test and electron microscope observation were used to study the germicidal effect of Candida albicans of a natural sea salt disinfectant and to explore its mechanism.Results The natural sea salt disinfectant was prepared by sodium bicarbonate and sodium sulfate.The killing rate was 100%to Candida albicans in 5 min.Electron microscope observation showed the sea salt disinfectant adsorbed on the surface of Candida albicans,and produced flocculation,destroyed the structure of cell wall and maked it collapse.Conclusion The natural sea salt disinfectant can kill Candida albicans rapidly and the cell wall of Candida albicans is damaged and collapsed.
