摘　　要：目的了解医院床旁隔帘病原菌污染情况及其种类分布。方法通过现场采样和细菌学检验方法,对某医院病房床旁隔帘进行细菌污染调查。结果共采集病房床旁隔帘标本360份,细菌污染率为54.44%。床旁隔帘每月清洗1次,普通病区隔帘污染率为48.89%,重症监护病房隔帘污染为28.89%;床旁隔帘每3个月清洗1次,污染率更高,重症监护病房污染率将与普通病房接近。床旁隔帘污染的细菌以凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌为主。结论医院病床隔帘带菌率较高,病原菌以革兰阳性球菌居多,应当提高清洗频率,降低污染率。Objective To investigate the situation of pathogen contamination and distribution of pathogens after cleaning the privacy curtain in different cleaning frequency.Methods Field sample and bacterial detection methods were used to investigate pathogen contamination of privacy curtain in hospital.Results A total of 360 curtain samples were collected,the contaminated rate was 54.44%.At the 1 month cleaning frequency,the contamination rate of curtain in common ward was 48.89%,and the rate in ICU was 28.89%.The contamination rate of samples in 3 months frequency was higher than that in 1 month frequency.The contamination rate of the common ward was the same as that of ICU curtain The main pathogens were coagulase negative Staphylococcus.Conclusion The contamination rate of high and the main pathogens are coagulase negative Staphylococcus.It can reduce the pollution of pathogen to the privacy curtain and save the cost of hospital cleaning by removing the curtain in sections and cleaning regularly.
