从阴阳维脉论治胃脘痛

摘　　要：胃脘痛病因有外感及内伤,阳维脉起于诸阳会,维系诸阳经,阳维脉受邪,可见畏寒发热,为外感之胃脘痛;阴维脉起于诸阴之交,维系诸阴经,阴维脉受邪,则见心胸胃脘痛,为内伤之胃脘痛。在阴阳维脉采取相关针刺补泻手法,或给予相关入阴阳维脉的药物,可以达到益气健脾、疏肝理气的效果。临床也可采用针灸和穴位敷贴相结合的方法,通过穴位刺激作用和特定部位的药物吸收作用,以扶正祛邪、疏通经络、平衡脏腑。从阴阳维脉着手论治胃脘痛,采用筑宾、府舍、大横、腹哀、阳交、足三里等穴位和桂枝、白芍、人参、熟地黄等药物,以调节阴阳维脉,使阴阳和调,胃气得顺,诸症得愈。The etiology of epigastralgia has exogenous and internal injury.Yang link vessel originates from the yang meeting points and maintains the yang meridians.If yang link vessel is affected by pathogenic factors,it can be manifested as aversion to cold and fever,resulting in epigastralgia due to exogenous pathogen.Yin link vessel originates from the yin meeting point and maintains the yin meridians.If yin link vessel is affected by pathogenic factors,it can be manifested as pain in heart and chest,resulting in epigastralgia due to internal pathogen.The effect of tonifying qi and invigorating the spleen,soothing the liver and regulating qi can be achieved by acupuncture reinforcing and reducing methods or by drugs related to yin and yang link vessels.In clinical practice,acupuncture and acupoint application can also be combined to strengthen healthy qi and eliminate pathogenic factors,dredge meridians and balance viscera through acupoint stimulation and drug absorption of specific parts.The treatment of epigastric pain is based on yin and yang link vessels.The acupoints such as Zhubin(KI 9),Fushe(SP 13),Daheng(SP 15),Fuai(SP 16),Yangjiao(GB 35)and Zusanli(ST 36),and drugs such as Guizhi(Ramulus Cinnamomi),Baishao(Radix Paeoniae Alba),Renshen(Radix Ginseng)and Shudihuang(Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata)are used to regulate yin and yang link vessels,balance yin and yang,smooth stomach qi,and cure various diseases.
