摘　　要：张晋峰教授认为,肾阴虚是复发性流产的发病之本,瘀血、肝郁为标,自创"清""种""安"三步阶梯式疗法,分期论治。"清"即清理胞宫,预培其损,治疗从调节免疫力、消除炎症感染入手,方选自拟经验方抑亢助孕汤。"种"即滋阴补阳,调经种子,临证时根据月经周期选方用药,行经期血室正开,应"通因通用",方选调经散活血行气;经后期胞宫空虚,子宫藏而不泻,方选助孕一号方补肾填精,促进卵泡发育;经间期重阴转阳,为阴阳转化的氤氲时期,以滋阴补阳、补肾活血为治疗大法;经前期阳气渐长,治疗以维持黄体功能,补肾助孕为主,方选自拟坐胎方。"安"即补肾安胎,稳固胎元,复发性流产患者保胎治疗应尽早,无须等到出现临床症状,且保胎时间应超过以往流产孕周,方选保胎丸。张教授采用三步阶梯式疗法治疗复发性流产,遣方用药不离滋阴补肾之大法,同时注重活血化瘀、调畅情志,临床取得良好疗效。Professor Zhang Jin-feng believes that kidney yin deficiency is the origin of recurrent abortion,while blood stasis and liver depression are the manifestations.So he has created a three-step ladder therapy of"clearing","seeding"and"stabilizing"and treated it by stages."Clearing"means clearing the uterus and pre-culturing its damage.The treatment starts with regulating immunity and eliminating inflammatory infection.The self-made experience formula,Decoction for Inhibiting Hyperactivity and Helping Pregnancy is often used."Seeding"means nourishing yin and yang,regulating menstruation for pregnancy.In the clinical treatment,the formula should be selected according to the menstrual cycle.The blood chamber during menstruation is open,and"treating incontinent syndrome with dredging method"should be adopted,so Menstruation-Regulating Powder can be used to promote blood circulation and drive qi movement.In postmenstrual period,the uterus is empty and the uterus stores up essence without discharge.No.1 Formula for Helping Pregnancy is selected to tonify the kidney arrest emission,and promote the development of follicles.During menstrual interval period,it is the dense period of yin transforming into to yang.The treatment principle is to nourish yin and yang,tonify the kidney and activate blood circulation.In the premenstrual period,yang qi grows gradually.The treatment is mainly to maintain the function of corpus luteum,tonify the kidney and help pregnancy.The formula is self-made Fetal-Sitting Formula."Stabilizing"means tonifying the kidney and calming the fetus and stabilizing the fetal original qi.The fetal protection treatment for patients with recurrent abortion should be carried out as soon as possible without waiting for clinical symptoms,and the fetal protection time should exceed the previous abortion gestational weeks.Fetus-Preserving Pill is often used.Professor Zhang uses the three-step ladder therapy to treat recurrent spontaneous abortion by nourishing yin and tonifying the kidney.At the same time,he pays a
