摘　　要：目的:基于Citespace采用文献计量学方法分析中医药治疗骨关节炎的研究现状,揭示研究热点及演化过程。方法:检索中国知网中1984—2020年相关文献,通过Citespace 5.5软件分析文献作者、机构、关键词。结果:共检索出2368篇文献,发文量分析显示,中医药治疗骨关节炎的年发文量整体呈上升趋势。该领域主要学者有刘献祥、李西海、李荣亨、吴耀持等;研究机构有福建中医药大学、广州中医药大学、北京中医药大学。高频关键词有膝关节、针灸疗法、软骨细胞、补肾、独活寄生汤、细胞凋亡等。近年频率突变关键词为II型胶原、灸法、疼痛、细胞凋亡、信号通路等。结论:中医药治疗骨关节炎每个阶段的研究主题不同,且存在研究深度不够、区域发展不平衡、合作不密切等问题。今后,研究机构之间应继续加强交流合作,开展高质量深入的临床及基础研究。Objective:To analyze the research status of TCM in the treatment of osteoarthritis(OA)based on Citespace,and reveal the research hotspot and evolution process.Methods:The relevant literature from 1984 to 2020 in CNKI was searched,and the authors,institutions and keywords were analyzed by Citespace 5.5 software.Results:A total of 2,368 literature was retrieved.The analysis of the number of articles published showed that the annual number of articles published in the treatment of OA with TCM indicated an upward trend.The main scholars in this field included Liu Xian-xiang,Li Xi-hai,Li Rong-heng,Wu Yao-zhi,etc.Research institutions included Fujian University of Traditional Chinese medicine,Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.High frequency keywords included knee joint,acupuncture,chondrocyte,tonifying the kidney,Pubescent Angelica and Mistletoe Decoction,cell apoptosis,etc.The key words of frequency mutation in recent years included type II collagen,moxibustion,pain,apoptosis,signal pathway and so on.Conclusion:The research topics of each stage of TCM in the treatment of OA are different,and there are some problems,such as insufficient research depth,unbalanced regional development,lack of close cooperation and so on.In the future,research institutions should continue to strengthen exchanges and cooperation and carry out high-quality and in-depth clinical and basic research.
