摘　　要：西医关于ICU获得性衰弱(ICU-acquired weakness, ICU-AW)的相关诊治研究主要包括ICU-AW的病理生理机制、危险因素、评估、防治等;中医治疗方法主要包括治痿独取阳明、从奇经八脉论治痿证、醒神通阳治疗痿证和内治法等。目前,ICU-AW逐渐成为近年来重症相关的研究热点,但其发病机制尚未明确,临床一线重症医护人员对ICU-AW认识不足,治疗上重在预防而无有效的措施及药物。在今后的研究中,需进一步探讨ICU-AW的发病机制,进一步挖掘营养、康复及中医药干预治疗ICU-AW的作用。加强专业人员对ICU-AW评估、营养、康复、心理、中医干预等方面的参与,建立多学科合作、个性化精细化的康复管理模式。The research on the diagnosis and treatment of ICU-acquired weakness(ICU-AW)in Western medicine mainly includes pathophysiological mechanism,risk factors,evaluation,prevention and treatment,etc.TCM treatment methods mainly include the theory that yang brightness meridian must be used to treat wilting disorder,treating wilting disorder from eight extra meridians,from arousing from unconsciousness and dredging yang,and internal treatments.At present,ICU-AW has gradually become a research hotspot related to severe diseases in recent years,but the clinical front-line severe medical staff have insufficient understanding of ICU-AW,its pathogenesis is not clear,and the treatment focuses on prevention without effective measures and drugs.In the future research,it is necessary to further explore the pathogenesis of ICU-AW and the roles of nutrition,rehabilitation and TCM intervention in the treatment of ICU-AW,and strengthen the participation of professionals in ICU-AW evaluation,nutrition,rehabilitation,psychology and TCM Intervention,and establish a multidisciplinary cooperation,personalized and refined rehabilitation management model.
